In the summer 2015, we won Riviera against larger agencies in a competitive tender. Why? Because Riviera could see our passion for quality, digital skill and commercial sense. Deadlines were tight: we delivered a new eCommerce website to live within 12 weeks. It is a fully bespoke design that instantly communicates Riviera’s commitment to quality and a premium customer experience.
Central to the site’s success is the use of great imagery: Riviera is blessed with going to some of the most beautiful and remarkable places in the world and has the photography to tell this story. We wanted to immerse the site visitors in this imagery.
The booking journey was also closely considered, and will continue to be optimised over the next few months as we learn more about the site’s customers.
